真空均质乳化机由均质机锅（可升降锅盖、翻转式锅体）、水锅、油锅、刮壁双搅拌、真空系统、电加热或蒸汽加热温度控制系统、电器控制等组成，是生产药用软膏、高档膏霜、乳液等的专用设备。
一、功能：
通过加热分散搅拌以及均质乳化使物料混合调匀，使物料迅速破粹200nm-2um的微粒，乳化机主锅处于真空状态，物料在搅拌过程中产生的气泡被及时抽走，从而保证可制造出富有光泽、细腻的优质产品。
二、主要组成：
机架或平台、主锅、油锅、水锅、均质、刮壁搅拌、桨叶搅拌、加热控制、抽真空、液压升降、电气控制等部分组成；控制系统：按钮控制或plc+人际界面操作显示（选配）。根据一次产量多少可选10~1500L型真空均质乳化机组.
三、适用行业：
适用于日化、医药、精细化工、生物化工等行业，用于均质、乳化、制剂、制膏。如用牙膏、鞋油、皮炎平、染发剂、洗发水、洗面奶、软膏等。
